Description
- Managing and maintaining the credit control function
- Assisting the finance team with daily tasks
- Providing high-quality customer service
- Ensuring all payments are made on time and in full
- Resolving any financial discrepancies
- Reporting to management on outstanding issues and informing them of any irregularities, concerns and opportunities
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- Experience in a credit controller or Accounts Recievable position
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work in a team and independently
