Description
- Liaise with sales, procurement, production, technical & finance to ensure system data is correct
- Pre and post-sales support for customer orders, including completion timely completion of shipping documentation
- Resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner
- Implement new technologies to enhance the sales process
- Coordinate with the IT department to ensure the sales systems are updated and secure
- Train team members on how to use the sales systems effectively
- Generate reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with the Sales team to understand their technology needs
- Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in sales technology
Profile
A successful Sales Systems Administrator should have:
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry
- Strong technical skills, with a solid understanding of sales technologies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
