Seeking a Sales Systems Administrator who will oversee and optimise the company's sales technology stack, ensuring that all components are functioning seamlessly to support the Customer Service team's operations.

Description

  • Liaise with sales, procurement, production, technical & finance to ensure system data is correct
  • Pre and post-sales support for customer orders, including completion timely completion of shipping documentation
  • Resolve technical issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Implement new technologies to enhance the sales process
  • Coordinate with the IT department to ensure the sales systems are updated and secure
  • Train team members on how to use the sales systems effectively
  • Generate reports to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate with the Sales team to understand their technology needs
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in sales technology

Profile

A successful Sales Systems Administrator should have:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing industry
  • Strong technical skills, with a solid understanding of sales technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and training skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
