HR Oracle Systems Business Partner required in Wakefield to work for a reputable national business. The role involves leading the final stages of the implementation of their new Oracle HR system, HR data management, and compliance to support current and future needs of the business. In addition you will be responsible for the delivery of the business reward plan.

Description

  • Deliver the HR Systems plan in line with the HR and wider business strategies.
  • Own the continuous development for the HR Systems, HR data and people reporting needs.
  • Lead all annual remuneration processes ensuring the processes are fair and equitable and in line with the reward strategy.
  • Manage the benefits proposition.
  • Responsibility for all HR data reporting at Group Board, Divisional and Regional level.
  • Providing expert reporting advice to leadership in the form of dashboard reporting which simplifies data interpretation.
  • Monitor all HR data, systems and reporting to ensure they are maintained in line with current and relevant legislation and GDPR.
  • Deliver the Audit and Control process between all HR and Payroll data including the design and implementation of the full compliance process.
  • Partner with Divisional Heads of HR and Group HRD to ensure timely delivery of key business activities.

Profile

A successful HR Oracle Systems Business Partner will ideally have :

  • Previous Oracle HR Systems implementation experience
  • A proven track record in managing systems and evaluating staff performance.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
