As part of this vision, the Laboratory Transformation Team is responsible for the design and implementation of diagnostic solutions through the application of lean principles, change management and project management, ensuring the best experience for our customers.

Overview:
We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice.?

The successful candidate will commence as a member of the Project Management Office (PMO) which provides evidence-based centralised management of the process, methods and technologies used by the organisation's regional project teams.

Your responsibilities within the Project Management Office will provide the foundation of your development journey providing you with the core skill on how to deliver projects at Roche.

Duties: [will be to:]

  • Learn and understand the Roche internal and external operating environment and the relationship of its key functions for project delivery
  • Provide the utilisation of the Roche tools and process which contribute to successful project delivery
  • Learn and understand the structure and implementation of the Programme Portfolio & Project Management within Roche
  • Provide the principles of capacity planning for project teams
  • Provide the Internal stakeholder management and governance structures
  • Provide the best practice for Project Planning & Management
  • Provide project justification and viability though the initial stages or project set up
  • Learn and understand the Roche business strategy and its implementation

Over time the successful candidate will grow and progress through our Project Management Career Pathway further underpinning their academic understanding with practical experience of how to deliver Roche projects:

Once the successful candidate has gained sufficient knowledge and experience, they will then start to independently deliver projects reinforcing there academic and technical skills through practical application.

Entry requirements for this programme are as follows:

  • Level 3 Qualification (Apprenticeship/1 x A Level in any subject/BTEC etc.)?
  • OR equivalent work experience (typically 2 years in a relevant role)?

PLUS

  • 5 x GCSE's including English & Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above
