- Still hands on tech support - will be dealing with circa 18 critical tickets and will be supporting 100 user

Required:
- Leading a team
- Experience working in a service desk
- Set up projects, processes, portals, automation and reporting in JIRA
- ULM (Lucid, draw IO, Visio)
- Looking for common trends in issues raised.
- Triage process
- Document new and updated old run-books.
- Manual processes and CR writing.
- SQL - data updates
- SFTP
- process management/Workflow management.
Software support:
- Manual tasks (Multiple platforms)
- Writing and delegating the use of Runbooks.
- Network support
