Description

  • NEED to have both Jira and SQL experience
  • Strong comms: able to interview potential hires and train accordingly
  • Create a strong workflow from scratch and provide documentation
  • Still hands on tech support - will be dealing with circa 18 critical tickets and will be supporting 100 user

Profile

Key experience

Required:

  • Leading a team
  • Experience working in a service desk
  • Set up projects, processes, portals, automation and reporting in JIRA
  • ULM (Lucid, draw IO, Visio)
  • Looking for common trends in issues raised.
  • Triage process
  • Document new and updated old run-books.
  • Manual processes and CR writing.
  • SQL - data updates
  • SFTP
  • process management/Workflow management.

Software support:

  • Manual tasks (Multiple platforms)
  • Writing and delegating the use of Runbooks.
  • Network support
