About the Role

As our North Shore System Sales Specialist for the Scotland & Northeast England area, you will:

  • Build new end-user relationships whilst nurturing and growing your existing portfolio of clients.
  • Develop the new business pipeline sales strategy with support from the sales team.
  • Have the ability and skills required to actively find new business at end-user level, working independently.
  • Target markets such as Education, FM, Hospitality, Food, Office, Local Government, and Sports stadiums.
  • Proactively engage with existing distributors to evaluate ongoing needs and build long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Conduct gap analysis and proactively manage, maintain, and grow accounts.
  • Develop strong working relationships and an understanding with key decision-makers in our customers' businesses.
  • Deliver against the agreed budget, KPIs, and objectives.

Essential Skills

The requirements of a Systems Sales Specialist include

Essential

  • Proven experience in driving sales performance working at end-user level
  • Confident at cold calling and telesales
  • Personable and confident with excellent internal and external communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with proven strategies to manage working independently and remotely from the main team
  • Experience working to KPIs, targets and deadlines
  • Analytical with good IT skills

Desirable

  • Knowledge of the paper industry is preferable
