The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth and connecting top-tier candidates with leading IT and engineering firms. Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities through proactive sales and marketing efforts
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Conducting thorough candidate assessments and interviews
- Matching candidates with suitable job opportunities and managing the recruitment process
- Negotiating contracts and offers with clients and candidates
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a high level of client and candidate satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment or sales, with a strong track record of business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge or experience in the IT/Engineering sectors (preferred but not essential)
