I am looking for a Sales Consultant with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to generate new customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with experience in telesales and a strong background in office-based sales teams. You will be responsible for outbound calling to warm leads, championing the company values, and effectively conveying your specialist offering within the industry.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Conduct outbound calls to warm leads, ensuring a positive first impression
- Communicate our specialist services and expertise to build trust and relevance to potential customers' needs.
- Generate warm, qualified leads to maintain a steady flow of new customer inquiries, exceeding targets.
- Employ a range of communication tools, including phone, email, and LinkedIn, to maintain and develop customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum qualifications of GCSE English & Maths at grade C or above.
- Proven background and experience in telesales within an office environment.
- Strong ability to create and maintain relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated and driven by exceeding monthly sales targets.
