Our client, a market leader within its industry, are recruiting for an organized and confident.
Customer Services Administrator to work in their busy Client Services Dept based in their Head Office in Thamesmead / Erith area.
Role
You will be working on a busy client services desk, liaising with all their clients (UK wide) in relation to stock requirements and products being delivered on time.
Duties;
Managing client accounts - UK based
Receiving calls from clients to discuss stock and products requests.
Liaising with delivery teams to confirm delivery times.
Advising clients of any changes to their expected deliveries
Updating systems for all internal and external contacts to be aware of any changes to stock levels, , promotional material requests, marketing information despatch issues etc etc
Liaising with carriers to deal with any changes to deadlines etc
Tracking deliveries on system
Administration duties will also be a large part of the role
Escalating any issues to Team Leader/Manager
Update and maintain Excel Spreadsheets
Entering and updating the Database and managing the process
Experience and Skills Required
Proven experience in a similar role; Customer Service, Client services, Sales Administrator, Sales order processor, Account Manager
Excellent all-round communication skills
knowledge of MS Excel as well as all other MS packages
Able to work to deadlines
Ability to work as a team
Confident and accountable decision maker
Can work to ever changing deadlines
Multi tasker
