We need you (a stalwart of agency efficiency and happy customers) to champion client relationships, boss budgets, drive new business and oversee all our projects, with a particular emphasis on a pioneering global technology company.

Remote or Hybrid Option to work from our Penryn office, near Falmouth in Cornwall
£50,000 - £60,000 Pro Rata

A new breed of content agency producing brand-defining editorial, creative strategy, copy and design across all platforms.
We're a rapidly growing content agency specialising in ‘information with emotion', collaborating with world-renowned brands and cutting-edge startups.
As the bridge between our clients and our internal team of writers and creatives, you'll ensure the seamless delivery of projects — on time, to budget, and to spec, with a polished final product that keeps our clients coming back for more.
You'll also play a key role in developing new business, supporting the UV founder with research, pitching, and nurturing leads to grow our client pipeline.
Typical work by the UV for our clients includes copywriting and case studies, branding, speechwriting for senior leadership, social media campaigns, sizzle videos, and everything in between.
About you:
// A proven track record of leading projects for major brands from inception to completion, fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and identifying opportunities for growth
// A keen eye for anticipating and resolving issues to ensure projects stay on course
// Expertise in costing projects, managing annual retainers and budgets for large-scale programmes, and negotiating rates aligned with industry standards, with a focus on securing new business and expanding existing accounts
// Experience in cross-channel campaigns and a deep understanding of diverse deliverables
// A knack for understanding client needs and delivering projects that exceed expectations
// Able to confidently navigate client interactions, understand nuances, and manage diverse needs expertly
//You think in spreadsheets, project trackers, and time management tools
// You effortlessly juggle multiple schedules, deadlines, and stakeholder updates
