What Will You Be Doing?

As an Onboarding & Customer Service Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new asset finance clients, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth transitions. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that arise.

Onboarding & Customer Service Specialist Requirements:

  • Previous experience in asset finance, onboarding, or a related customer service role
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and build strong relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
