Senior UI/UX Designer Overview
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in defining the visual identity and user interface of our client's cutting-edge AI-driven products. Collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and product managers, you will create intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centric interfaces that delight users and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Create visual assets such as icons, illustrations, and animations to enhance user experience and brand identity.
- Develop design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across all products and platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to iterate on designs and improve usability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve our design processes and output.
- Advocate for user-centred design principles and best practices within the organisation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience as a UI designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
- Proficient in Figma and other necessary tools for design.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in a Lean / Agile methodology, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
