Job Title: Recruitment Executive
Salary: £27,000 - £29,500
Location: St Albans
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 8:30am until 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am until 4:30pm on Fridays
We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Executive to join our client, in the Education industry. This role will be based in St Albans, but also require travel to other locations.
The successful applicant will have previous sales or recruitment experience, and proven track record achieving targets.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience in recruitment or sales role
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience working towards targets & KPI's
- Excellent customer service skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Enthusiastic, positive and proactive.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attracting and enrolling candidates into the apprenticeship schemes
- Reach out to potential candidates via telephone and email.
- Conducting interviews and online assessments and guiding the applicants through the process.
- Reviewing applications through the system.
