Job Title: Technical Contract Manager
Salary: Competitive

Location: Remote Location – Preferably within the M25 area to commute to office and client sites.

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Services Manager to join our passionate and driven team in delivering services for our contracts that are nationwide.
Responsible for the overall management of technical (Hard) services across various contracts, taking day-to-day responsibility for ensuring that technical compliance is adhered to.
The Technical Services Manager will have a technical Hard FM background and be able to properly lead on safety and supply partner matters. This role is the starting point of standardisation across various estates while maintaining and respecting each.
The manager will be covered and supported in their roles by local on-site as well as mobile engineering teams.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Management of various contracts for OCS portfolio and nationwide accounts.
- Responsible for the contract's hard service provision including works coordination, auditing, technical compliance, asset management and reactive works.
- Leads the day-to-day management of all hard-service team members.
- Ensures health & safety compliance throughout all operations. Manages all required contract reporting in line with KPIs and SLAs.
About You:
- Applicant must have the right to work in the UK
- Confident and knowledgeable in the management of Hard FM services
across a dispersed estate.
- Adept at obtaining the optimum performance from their teams to deliver
compliant, best-in-class technical services for the client.
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualified
- Asbestos Awareness
- Technical qualification in either Electrical, Plumbing or Gas
- Microsoft Office Packages
- Previous experience managing technical services contracts within private sector
- Proven experience in contributing to the development and implementation of organisational strategies, policies, and practices for both the business and the client.
- Experience utilising the CAFM system
- Control and management of budgets
- Experience in working KPIs
- Proven record of continuous, improvement and change management
- Excellent Communication, Presentation, organisational & time management skills
- Demonstratable leadership skills and a proven record of developing & coaching high-performance teams.
- Knowledge in human resources including equality diversity requirements
- Knowledge and experience in organisational effectiveness &operational management, i.e. implementation best practices.
- Full understanding of planned preventative maintenance.
