Rare opportunity to join a leading and rapidly growing consumer retail group in Central London. They are seeking a Finance Manager to join as soon as possible initially on a fixed-term basis with a view to permanency therafter.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:
- Production of the monthly management accounts
- Cash flow management, reporting and forecasting
- Maintaining and reviewing annual budgets on each property and other assets
- Running the annual audit
- Reviewing all VAT returns for subsidiaries
- Oversight of accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, account reconciliations etc.
- Reviewing and approving company payroll
- Reporting cash income/outgoings & duties performed
- Ensuring that the statutory accounts for all entities are completed
- Handling UK & ROW Insurance policies
- Liaising with HSBC and arranging foreign currency limits and alerts
- Additional ad-hoc project work, reporting and analysis to support the wider team and business
Successful Candidate
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA)
- Available immediately or at short notice
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience dealing with confidential projects or client-facing environments
Due to the rate of growth and upcoming ad-hoc projects, this role does require candidates to work in the office 5 days a week but with flexibility.
