Operational Business Analyst (MHHS) - £40k

This highly successful organisation are looking for an Operational Business Analyst to join an established software team. You will have a strong background in the Metering and Energy sector who is used to dealing with supporting services and providing leadership and direction. Relevant operational experience within the UK Energy or Utilities sector is required with a strong understanding of Energy metering.
Key duties includes:
- Working across the Retail Energy teams to review activities and ensure the most cost-efficient is used
- Supporting SLA and Service Delivery through process improvements and product enhancements
- Provide operational advice, resulting in best practice implementation
- Identify service delivery improvements within Retail Energy
- Preparing achievements against key deliverables and effectively managing conflicting priorities
- Coaching stakeholders through workshops to maximise industry knowledge
Core skills & experience for this Operational Business Analyst role includes:
- Proven experience with relevant operational experience within Energy or Utilities sector
- Management of others including setting clear direction and delegating of tasks
- Responding flexibly to Retail Energy contract issues and identifying solutions and improvements
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
