Reed Education Southampton are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated KS2 Teacher to fulfil a permanent, full time role within a primary school located in Andover.

The school is a small primary school, who are aiming to move forward working as a team to improve outcomes for children, whilst having fun along the way! They are currently forming a new team for September along with a new curriculum putting learning within the local area and with creative, rich experiences to enrich the children's learning journey.

As the Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for your KS2 class, ensuring a safe learning environment with fun and engaging lesson plans. You will have a family approach to the school, and be open to working as a team to help the school thrive. The school have created teams to work within and plan alongside so you are not on your own, as well as having known staff cover classes internally.

The salary for this role is currently set at £33,814 to £44,870 per annum in line with the Teacher Pay Scale, and is set to start in September 2024. This is a full time, permanent role.

For this role, you will be/will need:

- Degree with relevant subject specialism and Qualified Teacher Status

- At least 3 years part or full time teaching experience in KS2

- A desire to be part of a school which is committed to developing learning approaches, and delivering high quality teaching

- The ability to think outside of the box and create exciting learning opportunities to reinforce key skills
