Event Project Manager
Our client is an award winning, creative events agency designing and executing unparalleled experiences for world-leading brands, corporations, and life science companies.
Tasks
- Build and maintain effective supplier relationships, leveraging volume discounts, contract reviews and reviewing emergency procedures.
- Maximise revenue opportunities on all projects and prospective projects.
- Lead onsite management of projects both virtual and live events
- Manage any post event reporting requirements within timeframe supplied.
- Lead and execute client privacy and security protocols.
- Manage complex budgets and provide quotes for any additional items ensuring management fees are added.
- Attend company training days as and when required.
- Work collaboratively with board, peers, and all teams to ensure effective delivery of all client projects, including travelling on site when required.
- Support the Account Lead with relationship building.
Salary package
- £34,000 - £38,000
- 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays and bonus Christmas holiday allocation
- Discretional Annual Profit Related Bonus (not guaranteed) You must have been employed by the company for a minimum of 6 months to be eligible to join the discretional bonus scheme and to be eligible to receive any 'general company annual salary increases' (effective January of each year).
