Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator who is seeking a new challenge and can contribute new ideas to the business! This role would be best suited to a candidate with previous experience within the gas, engineering or construction industry.

Details of this Senior Administrator position include:
- Liaising with clients via email and telephone correspondence
- Meeting and greeting clients coming into the premises and ensuring they are signed in.
- Scanning in documents and delivery notes.
- Data entry tasks.
- Booking in training courses for the operatives.
- Updating the CRM with accurate information regarding timesheets, and correspondence for operatives.
- Managing returns.
- Managing health and safety checks within the office.
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when required.
To bag yourself an interview for this role you will have/be:
- Solid administration experience within a similar industry.
- Computer literacy with strong knowledge in all MS packages particularly excel (Formulas, macros and v-look ups highly desirable)
- High accuracy levels and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Organised and methodical.
