Beauty Lecturer

- Job Type: Part-time (Two positions available: Mon-Wed and Tue-Fri)
- Salary: £17 - £20 per hour
We are seeking two experienced Beauty Lecturers to join our client's Further Education College in Dartford. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching in Beauty Therapy at both Level 2 and Level 3. Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Beauty Therapy at Level 2 and Level 3.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials that meet curriculum requirements and the needs of all students.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the subject area and use contemporary teaching strategies to enhance the learning experience.
- Provide guidance and support to students, fostering a safe and stimulating educational environment.
- Participate in departmental meetings, training, and college events as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A UK Teaching Qualification, such as DET, DTTLS, or PGCE.
- Experience in teaching Beauty Therapy at further education level.
- Up-to-date DBS check.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to professional development and maintaining high teaching standards.
