ABOUT THE FIRM
Our client, a prestigious firm with a thriving Family Department, is seeking a Family Law Legal Assistant to join the team at their Chester office. This role offers a fantastic chance to be part of a dynamic team in a supportive and professional environment. The role is due to an increase in work and therefore growth within the department.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Legal Assistant within the Family Department, you will be instrumental in assisting with a diverse caseload of Private Family Law matters. Your responsibilities will include offering full secretarial assistance to a solicitor, managing diaries, arranging appointments, and maintaining client contact. This role is based in Chester and offers a negotiable salary depending on experience, along with ongoing training and support from the team.

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate for this role should have proven experience working within a Family Law department. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are essential. You will need to be proficient in audio typing and comfortable working under instruction. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial as you will be liaising with clients and outside agencies regularly.
