Description
- Supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations
- Managing customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Assisting in the preparation of sales reports and presentations
- Maintaining the database of clients and sales
- Coordinating with the finance team for invoicing and payment follow-ups
- Updating and maintaining sales promotional material
- Organising and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Profile
A successful Sales Administrator should have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in an administrative role, ideally within the technology and telecoms industry
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
