Description

  • Supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations
  • Managing customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Assisting in the preparation of sales reports and presentations
  • Maintaining the database of clients and sales
  • Coordinating with the finance team for invoicing and payment follow-ups
  • Updating and maintaining sales promotional material
  • Organising and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Profile

A successful Sales Administrator should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in an administrative role, ideally within the technology and telecoms industry
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
