Description
- Provide top-quality customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide product information.
- Process customer orders and returns accurately and promptly.
- Schedule engineers where necessary
- Process invoices
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth operation.
- Participate in regular training and development sessions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Profile
A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
- Experience ideally within a B2B customer service role or have a strong passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using software and systems.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
- Live locally to Hitchin
- Please note the hours are Monday to Friday (full time 8.30am - 5pm) and you will be required to be 'on call' one weekend per month for 4 hours per day
