A well-recognised charity, based in London are looking for an Interim Payroll Manager to join immediately. The role is for an initial 6 months with 1-2 days a month in London.

Description

A Interim Payroll Manager to:

  • Oversee and manage the entire payroll function for a large workforce
  • Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and accurately
  • Manage and co-ordinate an efficient payroll service
  • Assistant in the monthly balancing of payroll
  • Collect, calculate, and enter data in order to maintain and update payroll information
  • Coordinate with the HR department to verify total hours worked
  • Process payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades
  • Responsible for assessing and monitoring overpayments and underpayments
  • Take a lead role in projects
  • Line managing a team of 8

Profile

A Interim Payroll Manager with:

  • Previous experience managing payroll for over 2000 people
  • Exposure to spinal point payments essential
  • Previous experience working in a large organisation or a shared service environment
  • Previous experience working in NFP, Healthcare or NHS desirable

Job Offer

Interim Payroll Manager

6 month initially

Based in London with 1-2 days a month in the office

£50-60,000 per annum day rate equivalent on offer
