Description
A Interim Payroll Manager to:
- Oversee and manage the entire payroll function for a large workforce
- Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and accurately
- Manage and co-ordinate an efficient payroll service
- Assistant in the monthly balancing of payroll
- Collect, calculate, and enter data in order to maintain and update payroll information
- Coordinate with the HR department to verify total hours worked
- Process payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades
- Responsible for assessing and monitoring overpayments and underpayments
- Take a lead role in projects
- Line managing a team of 8
Profile
A Interim Payroll Manager with:
- Previous experience managing payroll for over 2000 people
- Exposure to spinal point payments essential
- Previous experience working in a large organisation or a shared service environment
- Previous experience working in NFP, Healthcare or NHS desirable
Job Offer
Interim Payroll Manager
6 month initially
Based in London with 1-2 days a month in the office
£50-60,000 per annum day rate equivalent on offer
