About You:
This position presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Lawyer who has experience within the Bridging Finance market to join a fast-growing law firm. This will be working on behalf of property finance lenders,
The Ideal candidate for the Commercial Solicitor - Bridging Finance will:
- Possess 2+ years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) with prior exposure to commercial law,
- Demonstrate confidence in independently managing your own case load.
- Have a proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment and adeptly manage client relationships.
- Be capable of establishing new relationships.
- Exhibit a visible passion for their role and a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Showcase strong teamwork and relationship-building capabilities.
- Be committed to delivering the highest standards of service to clients.
