Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Assess, track, and report on students' progress, providing feedback that supports their development.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for mathematics.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices, contributing to the overall success of the maths department.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Maths at the secondary school level.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for mathematics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
