A leading business based in Winnersh is looking to recruit a Crew Co-ordinator to join their busy, friendly team. This is a great job for someone who loves organising.
Job Purpose:
The Crew Coordinator is responsible for allocating event crew to the daily job requirements placed by their clients.
Key Requirements
- Understand project requirements, any intricacies and time frames needed to successfully deliver to the clients requirements.
- Match and organise skilled crews via the bespoke management system to each specific client jobrequirement.
- Brief the Crew Supervisors General Crew of any specific client requirements.
- Submit project completion paperwork to accounts for final invoicing.
- Effective scheduling and planning techniques to insure Events stages etc are in place.

The office in Winnersh is open between 9.00am -17.30pm Monday - Friday. During peak/busy times you may have to be flexible on these hours.
You will also be required to take the phone home 1 weekend in 4 in case of emergencies.
A background within scheduling/events/co-ordination would be highly beneficial.
The basic salary offered is between £27,000 to £30,000
