Key Responsibilities: EYFS Teacher with SEN Experience - Croydon
- Plan, implement, and evaluate high-quality teaching and learning experiences for children in the EYFS.
- Develop and deliver tailored support for children with SEN, ensuring their needs are met in a nurturing environment.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and external professionals to promote the best outcomes for all children.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, using data to inform teaching strategies and interventions.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters curiosity and independence.
- Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere that encourages children's social and emotional development.
Qualifications: EYFS Teacher with SEN Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with children in the EYFS, particularly those with SEN.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and patient approach to teaching.
