Description

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, and motivation of human resources.
  • Implement appraisals process
  • Manage the end to end human resources process
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Ensure legal compliance.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Profile

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • A proven track record in a similar HR role, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to the mission of the organisation.
  • Flexibility and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.

Job Offer
