About Our Client: Our Client is the leading consumer electronics supplier to forecourts and convenience stores in the UK and operates internationally. They specialise in producing and distributing popular consumer electronic goods and phone accessories. Their focus is on uniqueness, premium quality, and customer service, and accountability. They supply to a large number of reputable independent groups and privately owned service stations, forecourts, independent retailers, supply chains, corporates, and e-commerce businesses.

About This Role:
This is a full-time (Mon-Fri) office-based role for a Sales Support Specialist. The Sales Support Specialist will provide essential support to the sales team, ensuring the efficient and Effective operation of sales activities. This role is responsible for managing sales processes, supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless coordination between Departments. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.

  • Process sales orders, invoices, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Maintain and update customer and sales data in the CRM system.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email providing timely and accurate information.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to address customer needs and follow up on sales leads.
  • Assist in the analysis of sales data and development of forecasts and targets.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales support, operations or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent phone presence and the ability to make numerous calls per day.
  • Effective presentation skills and the ability to convey product benefits clearly.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

Basic Salary from £23k to £27k basic + Commission. Review within 6 months.
