Surrey - Technical Sales Support Coordinator - £25k-£32k - Scientific Instrumentation
Platform Recruitment has partnered with an innovative provider of nice scientific instrumentation products. They are looking to recruit a Technical Sales Support Coordinator to join their team. You will be working in a small, dynamic team, so it is important that you are flexible and self-motivated. The majority of customers are scientists and engineers, so a strong background and interest in science or engineering is essential.
Main Duties:
+ Screening and logging customer enquiries including phone calls and emails
+ Answering after-sales support cases, or escalating to the correct member of staff
+ Keeping track of the progress and communicate internally and with customers
+ Liaising with other departments on administrative matters of mutual importance
Requirements:
+ Experience in after sales support for technical or scientific products
+ Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
+ Knowledge of administration recordkeeping practices
+ Outstanding organisational and multitasking skills
Salary/Location:
+ The salary for this position is expected to be £25k-£32k (negotiable)
+ A 15% bonus also comes as part of the package, with private healthcare
+ This role is based in Surrey, with hybrid working options available after probationary period
