Scheduling Coordinator - Thame

Pertemps is working exclusively with a long-standing client who is seeking to appoint a Scheduling Coordinator based within their busy head office based in Oxfordshire.

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused individual to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and providing our customers with prompt and professional service.

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (DOE)

Hours: 8am-5pm

Duties:

  • Handling customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy.
  • Booking service and repair appointments for our engineers
  • Liaising with the technical and sales teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Issuing quotes and arranging installations
  • Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring follow-up as needed.
  • Ensuring service reminders are sent out and followed up
  • Liaising closely with our Commercial clients' customer care teams

_Requirements: _

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a technical/ construction/service/maintenance-related field.
  • Strong communication skills
  • A proactive problem-solver who can remain calm under pressure.
  • Competency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
