PART-TIME - Training & Conference Producer -12month FTC

£42,000 Pro Rata (15 – 18hours per week)

City – Hybrid

Our client is an established trade representative, leading in their field. They are looking for a Training & Conference Producer to join their growing team on a part-time basis (between 15-18hours per week. You will be responsible for delivering the content production of a range of events, including conferences, training days and seminars.

This role is 12month contract, working 15-18 hours per week, which are flexible. 1 day will be office based.

THE ROLE:

  • Carry out market research on event topics, via desk research, liaison with SMEs, and meetings with key industry representatives.
  • Write content-led, high-quality and commercially viable event agendas.
  • Identify and source senior industry speakers.
  • Liaise closely with speakers throughout the event cycle, including; keeping them up-to-date and engaged ahead of the events, prepare them for a smooth event delivery, support them on the day, follow up with feedback and gratitude after the events.
  • Welcome delegates, speakers and sponsors at the events.
  • Work closely with the events sponsorship lead to secure and prepare suitable event sponsors
  • Project manage and run your events on the day, including dealing with basic logistics, ensuring a smooth event delivery throughout the day.
  • Welcome delegates, speakers and sponsors at events and support all involved parties throughout the day.
  • Represent the organisation at internal and external events, network and build industry relationships.
  • Update event budgets and manage event-related contracts, invoices, and more.
  • Update CRM with event leads, speakers, and event information.

THE PERSON:

  • You must have at least 18months of experience creating event/conference content for corporate conference events and training.
  • Creating content from scratch and ensuring it is delivered with commercial agendas
  • Experience sourcing industry speakers, working with sponsorships
  • Dealing with event budgets
