We're excited to partner with this iconic organisation as they seek a Finance Business Partner to join their team. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced finance professional to make a significant impact in a dynamic and evolving environment.

In this Senior Finance Business Partner role, you will:

  • Manage two Management Accountants who have a strong technical background, guiding them through recent organisational changes.
  • Take responsibility for large, flexible departments focused on fundraising activities, including exhibitions and events, managing budgets for large teams.
  • Oversee and provide financial guidance on complex research projects, collaborating with senior management and possibly sitting on the research board.
  • Lead quarterly budget vs. spend meetings with department heads, offering support as needed.
  • Prepare quarterly management accounts, consolidating contributions from your team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Play a key role in annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting, providing hands-on support to budget holders when necessary.
  • Prepare and manage financial accounts for an entire subsidiary, focusing on year-end processes, including journals, adjustments, and deferred income considerations.
