Pertemps is excited to present a fantastic opportunity within the London Borough of Harrow for a proactive and motivated Housing Assistant Officer to join our growing team. This role offers a competitive pay rate of £15.39 PAYE per day. Additional benefits include accruing up to 28 days of holiday per year (including Bank Holidays) and the chance to apply for any internal permanent roles within Harrow Council.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Housing Assistant Officer, you will support the housing department by:
Inputting data into our CRM system
Analysing and updating existing customer data
Verifying customer data within IT systems such as Photobook, Northgate, Civica, and Civica CX
Requirements:
Understanding of housing and related public sector legislation
Experience working in a high-pressure, customer-focused environment
Problem-solving skills
5 GCSEs at grade C or above (including English and Maths) or equivalent educational proficiency
Proficiency in using software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, internet, and email
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including letter writing
