PPA/Float Teacher with Extra Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated PPA/Float Teacher who shares our vision to raise standards and make a significant contribution to providing the best possible education for children in our school.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Covering classes across the school during PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time.
- Supporting various year groups and adapting to different classroom environments.
- Leading and managing English/Phonics instruction across the school.
- Providing targeted support and intervention where needed.
- Collaborating with teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven teaching experience with a track record of raising educational standards.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Experience in leading English/Phonics is highly desirable.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure and Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) are mandatory.
