The Project Manager (CRM) will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of a designated project with specified deliverables. This role requires an individual with strong project management skills, preferably within a technology department of a not-for-profit organisation.

Description

  • Project Planning & Execution: Lead the end-to-end delivery of CRM-related projects, from initial scoping and planning through to execution, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Ensure alignment with business goals and IT strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate the work of internal and external teams, including developers, system architects, and business analysts. Foster an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where necessary.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure efficient use of resources. Provide regular financial reporting to senior management.
  • Vendor Management: Work with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure successful integration and delivery of CRM solutions.
  • Change Management: Ensure successful adoption of CRM changes by managing communication, training, and support for end users.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and validation of CRM solutions, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, issue logs, and risk registers.

Profile

A successful Project Manager (CRM) should have:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years focused on CRM projects (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms).
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, system integrations, and data migration projects. Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet business needs.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing business priorities.
