IT Engineer - Onsite Lab Device Support
We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer to assist with the management and data collection of lab devices across three key locations. This role involves overseeing around 2,000 lab devices, with a target of collecting data from approximately 65 devices per week (or around 11 devices per day).
Key Responsibilities:
- Log in to lab laptops and collect data via software as directed.
- Use a network scanner to detect machines on the local network segment.
- Gather and collate information into a structured table, following client instructions.
- Ensure all data is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
