£24,232.00 + Service Charge + Tips + Benefits
(Salary increase up to £25,480 after passing 3 months probation)

Following a major refurbishment, The Imperial Hotel will open as ILH flagship 4* Deluxe Hotel in 2026.
We are now recruiting for a Bar Tender at our Woolf & Whistle Bar.
A relaxed bar with comfortable seating, nestled in the Art Deco ground floor of the Tavistock Hotel. Inspired by the famous 20th-century writer, Virginia Woolf, the menu includes a selection of nibbles, light bites, British dishes, desserts and drinks.
After all, a wise woman once wrote, "One cannot think well, love well, sleep well if one has not dined well."
What you will be doing
As a bartender, you are an essential part of delivering a great lunch and dining experience for our guests. You will have strong knowledge of cocktail creations, spirits, wines, and beers. Mixing serving drinks with immaculate beverage presentations and maintaining the cleanliness of the bar.
- As part of this role involves serving alcoholic drinks you will need to be over 18 years old to apply for this position*.

If you have previously worked in customer facing roles that's great! but don't worry if you haven't. Qualifications aren't important but we are looking for someone who has a positive can-do attitude, good communication skills and takes pride in delivering great guest experience at all times.
