Are you a Sales Admin or similar from a technical background looking for a rewarding, varied, and technically exciting role, for a close-knit and family-feel manufacturer offering plenty of scope to develop your skills, and a long-term career in the business with ongoing progression opportunities?
In this primarily office-based role you will be acting as the glue between internal departments and external contractors, helping to coordinate the sales process. This will involve looking at tender packages to analyse the drawings, performing material take offs then preparing quotations, with ongoing training given in the team.
Founded 70 years ago, this family-run manufacturer pride themselves on their extremely low turnover of staff and their continued success at the top in their specialist sector. They are looking to continue their organic growth with the addition of this new role.
This role would suit a Sales Admin or similar with a technical understanding looking to work for a long-standing and renowned manufacturer where they can scope their career in a varied position.
The Role:
- Processing orders and supporting the sales department
- Analysing drawings and preparing quotations
- Liaising with customers and internal departments, answering technical queries
- Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, finish at 1pm on Friday
The Person:
- Sales Admin or similar
- Technical background
- Local to Romsey
- Full UK driving license
