Scheduler - Repairs & Planned Maintenance
12 week placement (with the opportunity for temp-perm)
Location: Maidstone
Salary: £15.90 per hour
To oversee the maintenance scheduling diary
To work with the Property Administration and Customer Services Team to ensure repairs are diagnosed and scheduled correctly.
To be the first point of contact for scheduling enquiries. Liaising directly with all internal and external customers to solve problems using standard procedures in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
- Liaise directly with residents to book appointments or follow up on works that have been completed
- Deal with resident enquiries regarding all maintenance and repair issues
- Oversee all urgent jobs making sure they are prioritised
- Booking in appointments with engineers and contractors
The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling work in a maintenance environment
