A primary school in West Brommich is currently looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for supporting students and have experience within education or care. The successful candidate will be somebody who is:
- Enthusiastic and engaging, making learning fun and valuable for the children.
- Resilient and adaptable with their approach to ensure that children are supported appropriately and professionally.
- Ability to manage challenging behaviour.
- SEND experience/knowledge is desirable.
