Do you have experience as a Service Advisor with a passion and interest in cars? You'll join a highly successful independent motor service centre and spares reseller with a credible and award winning history.
The Job
- Assisting with day to day administrative tasks such as managing client enquiries, setting up appointments and handling correspondence.
- Learning to maintain accurate financial records and process invoices and payments.
- Stock management to ensure the garage floor is always stocked.
- Providing excellent customer service, establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers.
- Maintain a clean, tidy office and reception area, ensuring that the client areas are presentable at all times
- Supporting the team with tasks as required and demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Cash handling
About You
- Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
- Proven ability to upsell products or services to customers
- Excellent service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Experience handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Ability to multi task and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred, but not required.
- Full training will be provided for the right candidate
This is a permanent position with an opportunity to join a thriving and successful family owed business. Working hours are 8.00 am - 5.00 pm. Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 8.30am -2.00 pm
