Are you an Operations Manager, Service Manager or similar looking for a role where you will be responsible for managing the success of two team leaders while reporting directly to the MD?
Do you want the responsibility a senior position brings and be recognised for your achievements in a growing and exciting Fire and Security company?
On offer is the opportunity to join a fast growing, tight-knit business looking to further expand their team with an array of exciting, up and coming projects. They specialise in designing, installing and servicing state of the art fire and security systems at client sites across an M25 patch.
In this role you will be reporting directly to the Managing Director and Finance Director and will be responsible for two direct reports in management positions. You will be responsible for conducting appraisals, hiring and firing and ensuring paperwork is complaint to company standards. You will be responsible for scheduling billing and booking appointments for the engineering team, and the day to day running of a busy installation department.
This role would suit an Operations Manager, Service Manager or similar looking for a leadership position with the responsibility of managing the success of two team leaders while reporting directly to the MD.
The Role:
- Running the day to day operations of a busy Fire and Security company
- Reporting directly to Managing Director and Finance Director
- Responsible for two direct reports in management positions
- Conducting appraisals, hiring and firing and ensuring paperwork is compliant
The Person:
- Aspiring Operations, Service, Workshop, Depot Manager or similar
- Knowledge of Fire and Security Industry
- UK Driver's License
