Automotive Business Analyst - Farnborough, Hampshire
I am pleased to be partnering with a leading Financial Services organisation who are looking for an Automotive Business Analyst to join their team. Paying £500-£515 per day inside IR35, you'll be based in Farnborough, Hampshire. This is a Contract role which is renewed at the end of each year, with a constant portfolio of project work, and you'll work on a hybrid arrangement with the occasional requirement to work in the office when the projects demand it.
Your new role
You'll work within an exceptional business who offer a fantastic working environment, company culture and long term prospects. You will be involved in the following tasks:-
- Holistic analysis of business situations, to define problem statement and high-level requirements of the project demand.
- Work with Domains Owners, Product Owners, Project Leads and SMEs to capture high level and detailed level business requirements
- Determine and use best practices to define effective solutions to meet business requirements and solve complex business and IT problems and issues, including acting on the wider business implications of change to current and future systems
- Input into overall test strategy and planning, and support documentation of User Acceptance Test Cases. Support systems testing activities and multi-business stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing and create User Acceptance test scenarios / scrips to satisfy the business requirements.
- Support/Run Agile events as necessary including Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospective.
- Working with Solution Architect and Developers review and refine business requirements.
To apply you will need to live within a two hour commute of Farnborough and the following:-
- A strong history as a Business Analyst working within the Automotive industry with strong Financial Sector experience
- Multiple instances of working with vendors and third parties on Contract Management
- Hands on UAT testing and script writing
- Work on remediation projects and operational response would be ideal as you will be working projects of this nature
- Knowledge of payment systems would be a bonus but not a pre-requisite
- Experience in leading re-engineering and change management projects.
