**Requirements
- Prior experience with SEN students in schools
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one through Randstad (mandatory)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- A demonstration of patience, passion, and professionalism
- Ability to manage children with challenging behaviour
- Confidence, punctuality, and eagerness
- Skill in effectively managing behaviour and fostering positive relationships with SEN pupils
**Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teachers to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
- Advocate for students with Special Educational Needs, providing customised support
- Exhibit strong organisational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Help develop creative teaching materials to ignite curiosity
- Support the implementation of educational strategies tailored to each child's learning objectives
- Provide feedback to children, parents, and caregivers about their progress, achievements, and any concerns as directed by the teaching team
- Show empathy, care, and compassion
