Your Role and Responsibilities:

Working within a team of 7 experienced professionals, including Senior Associates, Paralegals and Admin Assistants, you'll be engaged in all aspects of conveyancing. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Providing timely and accurate legal support on a range of conveyancing matters
  • Managing a varied caseload effectively and independently
  • Adopting a proactive approach to manage client expectations
  • Delivering a client-first service
  • Typically handling a caseload of 5 settlements a week
  • Completing transactions efficiently and swiftly

Do you have the skills to be considered?

We are looking for someone eager to grow with the firm in the long term. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Existing experience in conveyancing
  • High levels of organisation, attention to detail and process-driven skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, confidence and the ability to work well in a team
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure, with strong organisational and time-management skills to prioritise and meet deadlines
