This temporary role is based in our client's Avonmouth office and offers flexible working hours, suitable for both full-time and part-time candidates. The position involves entering data into our system, managing email inboxes, and scanning invoices.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Accurately entering data into the company's system.
- Efficiently managing and organising the email inbox.
- Scanning and processing invoices and other documents.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as required to support the team.
- Ensuring data is handled confidentially and securely.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with office administration tasks.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Competent in using standard office software and equipment.
