This growing litigation-only firm are seeking a talented Associate to join their commercial disputes team based in London.
Your Profile
- 1-6 years of post-admission disputes experience
- Qualification in England & Wales
- At least a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) from a top university
- Experience at a top-tier law firm or chambers
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial disputes, ensuring each case progresses efficiently through to resolution.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide detailed analysis of complex legal issues, preparing memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing them with updates, advice, and strategic guidance tailored to their needs and objectives.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
- Work closely with senior attorneys and partners, contributing to case strategy and leveraging the collective expertise of the team.
