As a Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:
-
Safety first
-
Provide technical expertise ensuring all preventive and corrective activities are completed to the highest standards
-
Using an array of software to carry out troubleshooting and root cause analysis
-
Maintaining a collaborative relationship with team members, offering mentoring and support
-
Ensuring all spares used and noted for audit
-
Support the Shift Manager
The shift pattern for this role is 2 days 2 nights 6 days off (inclusive of holidays). You will need to be able to work at height.
Requirements: As an experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will need to be:
-
Qualified in Engineering (min NVQ/BTEC level 3)

Experience within Mechanical, Electrical and Software to cover complex maintenance and breakdown and be able to analyse the root cause

Knowledge and experience with PLC/Control systems

To be proactive in your approach and be able to use your initiative within the warehouse

Have an understanding of warehouse management systems

Have good communication skills and be customer focused

Experience is desired with conveyors, sorters, cranes, hanging garments
